Nutrition is one of the most underused tools at this stage of life. The evidence is clear: what you eat genuinely influences how you feel now — your symptoms, energy and mood — and how well you protect your bones, heart and long-term health for the decades ahead.

    3 sessions · £270 (save £30 vs. individual sessions)

    Personalised, evidence-based nutrition support to help you feel confident and well-nourished through perimenopause, menopause and the years beyond. Across three 1:1 online consultations, we'll focus on easing your symptoms while protecting your long-term health — from the essential dietary nutrients and supplements that support your bones, heart and energy to managing the common challenges this stage can bring.

    What's included:

    · One initial consultation - a thorough first session exploring your symptoms, health and current nutrition in depth

    · Two follow-up consultations - to adapt your plan as your symptoms and needs change

    How it works:

    You pay upfront for all three sessions and you'll receive a personal booking code by email (in its own confirmation message - do check your junk folder!). To book each session, simply enter your code at checkout. Start with your initial consultation, then book your two follow-ups at a date and time that suits you.

  • Individual Consultations

    Initial consultation — £120

    Your initial consultation is 60 minutes — we'll go through your medical history, diet, lifestyle, and goals in depth.

    Following the consultation you will receive a detailed report.

    Follow-up — £90

    Follow-up consultations are for clients who've already had an initial consultation and want to check in, review progress, or adjust their plan.

    A detailed report will be provided following each follow up consultation.
